i really enjoy reading about the other spawns, more than astarion himself tbh. but almost halfway through the book and the aasimar character in the blurb hasn't even made a bleep yet

really want to know what a non bg3 player thinks of the book, like if they're just a fan of the author and wants to read all of their new releases

this just makes me want a lae'zel or wyll book. it will never happen though the typical bg3 fandom literally don't get them. we're more likely to see a shadowheart book (which honestly would be VERY similar to this considering their backgrounds) than anything else
