I think it's time I give up the ghost for this app. there are so many better reading apps that work better. I should be able to add a book and write a review without it being forced into my read folder. sometimes - in my case at least - it's a dnf and sometimes a dnf warrants a review paring. doesn't mean it should count on my finished list

how I wish the author would stop using the word nutsack. ugh it's so gross. and really pulls me out of the story. it's used so often I think the author themself, love to say that or they assume that's how men who are with other men speak idk. it's gross. however they feel like a real friends to lovers much more authentic than some others i've read, nutsack talk not withstanding

really enjoying the dynamic between shaw and burkie. they fit together so well. not as much humor as I expected but a lot of pinning and cutesy talk/thoughts, but I really like it so far cassidy can go suck an egg

so far this has been a lot more redeeming than 3 and 4

ong tripp you be pissing me off. dex has been so clear about his affection and after banging you still don't think it's real and cop out over and over. and the over use of calling dex a dumbass in this book is annoying me. it's become hack. beating a dead horse.

not sure why zane needed to see his brother end his own life. what exactly does that do for the story? it's weird to me and I can suspend my disbelief of a lot of things but it felt weird. and off putting. gave me the ick

so like ezra panics because his crush is in town and then says idk what to do about it? idk maybe be there where he is? he's at the book store you work at. this book is dragging so hard for no reason. I am ready for josh and ezra's story to just be over at this point

plot? never met her. it's very much all the smut. I do enjoy Nikolai's chapters though. his inner monologue is crazy but like a fun crazy, like you know you'll always have a a wild time hang with him. and he's super funny.

the word nausea is entirely overused and gross

kris is absolutely a side character who feels so relatable to me. from his actions to how he feels around coal the protagonist and brother, who's the prodigal son. no matter how good kris is he feels cast off from his family and always wants to help. didn't expect santa to be a tywin lannister type of guy that was unexpected

a book about a robot ai learning through the abuse of her owner. its really hard to read at times and can be triggering but I think that's the point
