Natasha is on page 200 of 400 of Tilly and the Bookwanderers (Pages & Co., #1)
Note sure if I expected too much from this book but my feelings about this story is very tepid at the moment. I do not have any affinity for any of the characters (in the slightest) and I'm halfway through. Sad.

I thought that my kid would get a little bogged down with the many characters, but he seems to be able to distinguish them all better than I do.

Natasha is starting Shadow and Bone (Shadow and Bone, #1)
Only reading this because I really want to read Six of Crows and my weird reading personality is that I can't just pick up stories from the same universe without reading everything that comes before.

Natasha is starting All the Devils Are Here (Chief Inspector Armand Gamache, #16)
Just started this newest Louis Penny! The excitement is twofold: 1) I get to adventure with Armand Gamache again and 2) this Audible is narrated by Adams Sims! No one does Louis Penny novels better than Adams Sims. No one!

Natasha is starting Mansfield Park (The Complete Classics)
Perhaps this is a year of rereads because of extreme frugality. Not bad to start with rereads of Ms. Austen.

Natasha is starting Sense and Sensibility
A third reread but this time on Audible. Rosamund Pike is such an excellent Jane Austen narrator.

Natasha is 2% done with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Harry Potter, #5, Part 1)
So far a grim reminder than adolescent boys with a bit of Dark Lord soul in them are little gits.

Natasha is starting The Girl with All the Gifts
Creepy, sad, and (did I mention creepy?) read so far but quite riveting too.

Natasha is 30% done with Scarlet Feather
A surprisingly interesting read with a lot of depth... I just wish that there was more focus on the food.

Natasha is starting The Alice Network
Apart from the gripping story, the narrator is amazeballs! She does German, English, American, and French accents flawlessly. And she does grumpy men as perfectly as she does young, nubile twenty-somethings. Her excellence in narrating is evidenced by the fact that I never once feel like I am pulled out of the story to focus on the narration. It's seemless and effortless.

I find so often with Stephen King that with so man of his books, I never have great desire to get back into the book despite the interesting story. I need to consider why that it is the case.

Natasha is on page 2 of 8 of Woman Last Seen in Her Thirties
Narration is a bit of a bust at the moment, however, narrators tend to grow on me as I listen. The story was threatening to be predictable but I just listened to a surprising twist. Still to early to tell but for now. at least it is keeping me interested.

Natasha is on page 124 of 359 of Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe (Aristotle and Dante, #1)
I haven't read a book with this much dialogue in a long while so that's taking a little getting used to. Perhaps it's my age, but I am really enjoying the little I read about the parents in the book.
