dnf. Didn't like the heroine.

I'm over 5 hours of listening to this book and am depressed because I cannot get into this book. I want to cry. It's Tana French, damnit! I want to love it.

I'm not going to lie. These books are bad, yet cracklike. However, this book is horrible. Unlike the other books, where the content is the only embarrassing thing, this book is an actual assault on the English language. Did Begley even write it? Where the f*ck is the editor? This is a phoned in, chopped up, hastily put together piece of crap. The sentence structure is hideous. Some sentences don't even make sense.

Meh. Borderline annoying.

Couldn't get past the third chapter. I found the heroine supremely annoying.

Apparently, I'm a glutton for punishment. Same guy reading. Story already dragging.

For some reason I like to read guilty pleasure trashy novels o Memorial Day weekend. This year is no different.

I need to take a break from these, or at least not listen to the audio versions. Tomasetti is starting to sound like a tool.

Continuing the fun and inhaling this book as well.

I have a hard time appreciating some audio books. This one is obviously YA and the narrator is young. The story line is interesting. I'm waiting for something big to happen before I make I pass too much judgement.

This is a murder mystery. Shouldn't someone die soon?
