Very fun so far. Enjoying all the Targaryen lore from between the dance of the Dragons and Robert's rebellion, a time period we don't otherwise hear much about. Also neat to see how small folk and hedge knights live, from their perspective. Dunk is a likable character so far. Kind and honorable. Excited to see how this progresses.

First 25 pages or so were kind of iffy message wise but the last 20 pages reminded me why I love this book. I'm such a sucker for universal vibes.
