This book is a bit boring, I not sure what the story question really is and I wish the main character had a consistent personality, I feel as though she’s charming when she needs to be and sad when she needs to be. She just acts however she needs to for a scene and is very 2-D

The beginning was a bit confusing and dense but the story has begun to smooth out. Super curious as to what happened to darlington

It’s finally getting exciting! That scene between her and zayne was a tad hard to follow, but that’s alright. I want to know what she is, so far it’s only been “they don’t know me. They don’t know what I can DO” over and over but I have hope it will stay going strong

I feel like this book is just barely interesting enough to keep reading. I’m curious as to where the story goes and who the demon king or big boss is

I like how he goes into grammar and sentence structure, not a lot of people put thought into it and sometimes it shows

It’s great so far! The main character is a tad annoying at times with all the defiance to everything but I feel it’s intentional and meant to annoy at least a bit so I’m happy with the decision. I hope that it’s something the character will grow from but it’s a very promising story! I have to return it to the library but I will check it out again

Beautifully written! The plot is progressing perfectly and the characters are being unraveled beautifully! Finally a book I can fully absorb and appreciate!

The writing is amateurish but the premise is interesting! The pacing is off and the attention to unimportant details is getting tedious. I’d continue reading but I’ve checked out three books that I want to get through. I’m putting this down for now to pick up at another time because despite my gripes I’d like to see where it goes

Interesting, I’ve noticed whenever I start books I’m very harsh with my judgement on the first page but as I get a few pages in I decide weather or not I’d like to continue.

I got to page 5 and decided that the premise was interesting and the characters have life within them and I’m curious enough to continue on

Wow… so when I picked up this book I had no idea what it was about (besides the back summary) and what type. I simply picked it up, read a couple pages and decided the writing was good it it sounded like an interesting premise. Didn’t notice that beneath the skull on the cover there was a person. I fear what this will unlock but damn it it’s a good book. Lesson learned, look into what type of book you pick up.

Still amazing! Getting into the romance part of the book. A major event just happened and it’s bringing two main characters closer because of it. I still love this book to bits!

It’s a very good book! Fastest I’ve read a book since highschool. The characters passion for her goal is very contagious. I want her to succeed! It’s a very slow and cozy book which is what I was looking for, halfway through and she had opened her shop and is figuring out how to operate it. The details are so mesmerizing I feel like I’ve been there. Very beautiful writing!

I should not be reading about how you eat your food and in what order!!! I do NOT care that you salt your eggs and drink water!

It was extremely difficult to read in the beginning, I mean five sentences to say she fell down the stairs and it hurt is a lot.
I feel the main character is a Mary sue, saying she can beat anyone in a fight yet always reminds the reader how “petite” and “small” she is. I wish her abilities were geared more to favor her size, like agility instead of “I’ll beat him soundly” because no you won’t.

The writing is nice, the world is extremely intriguing and the character is very interesting! It hooked me from the beginning from how it was describing the king. It’s easy to understand and while the writing flows like silk, it’s not convoluted and wordy. I understand what is being conveyed without feeling the author is bragging they’ve memorized the dictionary. Words are smooth and effortless to read

Finally getting to the part where she reveals her backstory and why she’s so hateful of every one. I can really see the authors trauma leaking through the pages

I wish i could read more about the two main character bonding but it’s good so far, interesting.

It’s going good so far, the character is relatable, I wasn’t liked much in school either and had similar experiences to the main character. I like the use of magic, simple yet I feel it’s not dumbed down.
