Okay I really liked this book in the beginning. I like the magic, the cards, the romance, etc.. was on vacation while I was reading then got back to the real world and just never felt a huge urge to pick it back up. Putting on pause for now… maybe I’ll come back to it? I want to. We’ll see.

Not great. Putting this on pause and will likely never start it back up again. Too wordy and repetitive, also very cringey. The “cringe” factor was kind of fun for a bit… like the feeling of watching trashy TV… but the fun wore off very quickly. Bummer. The cover is cute though!

Just starting this book. Don’t know much about it and have purposely avoided booktok/bookstagram reviews so I can go in with zero expectations. I haven’t taken this approach yet in my “back to reading journey” and I’m excited to see how it goes.
