The writing simply no longer as socially critical or politically sharp as Stieg’s work. When a female character is introduced, I don’t need to know what her breasts look like first, and not every woman ends a statement with “darling” while conducting high-level calls with the American government.

Idk I feel like the portrayal of the female characters feels noticeably more sexist and less nuanced than in the earlier parts.

Stories not bad, but the guy is a bit too racist

To say that the fear of driving results from being afraid to move on seems a bit of a stretch tbh
