Language is a little more vulgar than expected, but I still feel okay about finishing.

It’s so vital that we teach our Christian children to read the Bible for themselves. An inherited faith is a weak faith and can lead your down paths you had no idea would be your own. That is what happened to the author of this book and I believe it was the first domino of many to fall.

The idea of turning the Great Commission into the "Not-So-Great-Suggestion is golden. When we immerse ourselves into the views of others with the goal of being "inclusive," we truly cheapen the value of Christ’s sacrifice. Christ is THE way, THE truth, and THE life.

I am pleasantly surprised by the content in this book. It is very much Christian based, which I greatly appreciate! Though it may seem like a small issue, technology is a huge part of the world around us, and we must steward it like everything else it our Christian lives. Very interesting information.

The Mary/Martha story analysis really hit home with me. I am always the person rushing around making a show of my service. I need to see more of the value in sitting and listening to others as it is profitable too!

Yeah this guy’s a psycho. Not super impressed with Frieda McFadden, but I will admit it’s a page turner!

At this point I think I have the mystery solved. I think it was Leo and they moved to the Circle to ensure the crime scene would be completely covered up. We shall see!

Though I disagree with some of Jinger’s picture of what God cares about, her description of the church is amazing to me. She states the church is not a museum for saints, but a hospital for sinners. That quote really hit me!

The start is rather slow, but the drama is building…

Really liking this book so far, it reminds me how much I like biographies! Jinger’s journey with her faith is very enjoyable to unfold and I look forward to hearing the rest.

Ummmm very vulgar. Kinda sick. Not sure I’m wanting to finish.

The more I listen to this, the truer it becomes. Eating disorders, gender dysphoria, and diminished self image have all been exaggerated by social media and the over use of internet. It is truly a cancer.

My idea of forgiveness is slowly starting to change. If we are unwilling to reconcile with those who have harmed us, are we truly worthy of the Lord’s forgiveness? Not that anything we can do would justify our sins, but was Christ not the epitome of giving other what they do not deserve? It’s a thinker for sure.

Every time I think o know what’s going on, I don’t. There is so much missing information, are we sure this isn’t a sequel ???

Interesting family drama. Loving it so far!

Feeling touched by how simple his teachings are. Knowing the word of God has become so complex, it’s refreshing to go back to hard truths.

Surprisingly addicting! I am loving this author’s style.

Taking a short break from this one. There’s lots of plot, but it feels like the Greek parallels are a little bit of a stretch.

I already had a pretty good idea of how to raise my children, but this is further solidifying my perceptions.
