Why is this book 773 pages? If Diana and Samkiel spent less time being jealous, being horny and having sex, this book would have been much shorter and actually have a plot that develops at a decent pace.

I just finished part 1 and has a lot of thoughts; I feel like the story is slowly bringing the main group of people together.

I am loving the world building. But my brain is struggloing consuming big amounts of this book at once.
