Okay, the book isn’t bad, I do like when it alternates chapters of now vs 10 years ago, I like reading the backstory. BUT I do fear Fern is most definitely cheating on Jamie with will or at least I’ll read that soon enough, because what she was doing is def micro cheating and i’m not a fan. The plot isn’t bad, but cheating is NOT it

I’ve had this on my shelf for YEARS and i’m finally picking it up. I’m almost positive I bought it because the cover is pretty and I was expecting some summer romance( lmao literally judging a book by its cover) I’m seeing a lotttt of mixed reviews though so I’m not sure I’m gonna like this! So far, it’s just okay.

okay wow I was NOT expecting this to be full of vulnerability and yearning men - shoutout Graham. The emails he sends claire remind me of Conrad’s letter - oh how i miss you conrad. I can’t wait for her to eventually read all of them ( i am really hoping she does). This little roomates with benefits book has actually turned out into the cutest love story and I am SAT.

Bought this book soooo long ago and I’m finally picking it up. I’m not even sure I read what it was about when I bought it but so far it’s cute

Halle, I would be your best friend if I could be. I love the circle of friends she has created for herself after pining after it for so long- a girl just needs her girls. Girlhood is so important to me and I love how it’s being represented in this book. I’m almost finished and i’m so sad about it. I’ve literally been putting off reading because I don’t want the series to end.

HENRY FRICKEN TURNER. I absolutely love acts of service and wow henry has really nailed it. This book literally has me wrapped around its finger. Henry’s character is so well developed as well as Halle’s. Her inner conflict really speaks to me and I feel so connected to her. I will never shut up about this book sorry not sorry

I genuinely have so much love for this book already it’s insane. It’s definitely seen throughout the other books- but reading about Henry figuring out why his brain is wired the way it is (undiagnosed ADHD) is healing the pieces of me that felt the same way growing up. He is a true romantic in a platonic way ( for now i’m assuming) and I absolutely ADORE Halle. Can’t wait to finish this book!!

OMG I am BEYOND excited to start reading!! I loveeee Henry’s character in the other two books (Icebreaker and Wildfire) so him finally getting his own book is so excitinggg. When I bought it the girl at the counter said this was her favorite so now I’m extra excited to start reading!!
