I’ve had this on my shelf for YEARS and i’m finally picking it up. I’m almost positive I bought it because the cover is pretty and I was expecting some summer romance( lmao literally judging a book by its cover) I’m seeing a lotttt of mixed reviews though so I’m not sure I’m gonna like this! So far, it’s just okay.

Okay, the book isn’t bad, I do like when it alternates chapters of now vs 10 years ago, I like reading the backstory. BUT I do fear Fern is most definitely cheating on Jamie with will or at least I’ll read that soon enough, because what she was doing is def micro cheating and i’m not a fan. The plot isn’t bad, but cheating is NOT it
