Story gripped me right from the start.

It’s been a while a book keeps me interested long enough to reach 30%

I’m at 14% and the storyline cannot be more boring.

The world building feels more like an afterthought and I cannot get over the fact that the MCs look like dogs.

Not ‘my’ type of monster..

I’m scared to continue.

Life’s hard enough and in a way.. I read to escape.

May or may not put this on hold..

It feels like a soap opera at this point. Is there a need to keep revisiting past trauma? The smut ain’t enough to compensate that.

I tried really hard to push through but nah.

Book one turn grey (?) towards the end when it finishes with a cliffhanger.

Book two is much darker and I had to skim pages that are too graphic. Darker books don’t appeal to me but there are moments in the duet that are quite sweet.

Gosh. I cannot catch a break. There’s so much talking and details that I felt was unnecessary.
Interesting for a while, but there’s just too much going on to the point the storyline falls flat.
I highly skim the pages from the half way mark. No sure if it’s worthwhile skimming to get to their HEA 🙄

Losing interest

I always thought OMV is not for me and never understood the hype but I must have been reading all the wrong book cos 2 back to back book by this author has me hooked!

So sweet and fluffy.. just what I need after being in a reading slump for the longest time.

This kinda book is not for me. Life if hard as it is.. I don’t need such books to question my sanity

Skimmed finish the entire book till the early morning and feeling entirely dissatisfied.

Interesting story and MCs and heavy focus on world building. There will be long chapters focusing on other characters instead of the MCs that I am not a fan off.

It would have been better if the world building progress slower with subsequent books instead of cramming all into one.

Gets boring after awhile

FINALLY!

My first book of hers and omg. I dunno how to rate this since I am so hooked but yet so tormented at the freaking speed of the story.

Feels like a lot can be cut down to provide more insights about the world or for more events to unfold. But no, the internal dialogue and single POV drone on and on and on.........

And the smutt on comes around 87%. wth.. wth..

So much internalizing and not much actual dialogue between MCs.

I am weirdly hooked onto the story and waiting patiently for something more exciting to happen.

Whiplash from the hot and cold treatments…..

This book is insufferable. There's OW (MMC even made out with OW before backing out and some minor OM drama, and it's painful to read. Started to scan through the pages and I just lost interest.
The first sexy scene was hot but not my scene. Fking in the hallway of a hotel? LMAO.
