For a 300 pages novel, this one had an incredibly slow start, better said very slow to create an impression. Now with back stories of the two protagonists unfurling in full and vivid glory, it's quite good.

Last read for the year 2025. Happy to be reading it during Vaikunta Ekadesi. Gods, like books, are a source of comfort, most important when human beings fail to help or add to your woes. And that one's problems are mostly always due to people around and oneself, this only means Gods and books are a perennial source of support 😊
