I’m not sure what went wrong on the Homemade Limonata recipe, but despite following the recipe the syrup mixture never thickened. Life is wild! The kitchen is a mystery!! Now I just have some pretty basic but tasty lemonade? I want to at least try the zucchini fritter recipe as well to see how this cookbook is.

When this book actually talks about the personal lives of the people living in the house of government and what daily life was like in the early USSR, it’s great. Too bad the author spends a third of the book in a pseudo religious philosophical jerkoff.

Not to be #basic because I only saw the movie and didn’t read the book, but this is reminding me a lot of My Cousin Rachel so far.
