Lindsay Engelman is 5% done with M Is for Mama: A Rebellion Against Mediocre Motherhood

So far very early on but honestly this book feels so far very strive-y. I think the title speaks for itself but I do hunger for a grace perspective and a full dependence perspective on motherhood, trusting God’s full provision and grace. I’m super early so maybe she’ll get to that, but so far feeling like she’s encouraging mothers to “do better” which isn’t my favorite…
