Wow.

Main character is insufferable, the only noteworthy character is her guide, who she judges solely based on his looks, is a complete … to him the entire time, says he’s the one bullying her, and when confronted with the fact that she judges based on appearances entirely too much, she says “oh well”.

I see a lot of people complaining that the characters were boring and not fleshed out. Sure. However I think the whole point of the book is for the atmosphere and setting. And that most definitely was well established.

not as much read as i’d hope, strep made me really dizzy
