My goal is to finish this by year end. Earlier this year it was buried in a mound of stuff and it recently emerged thanks to the end-of-year deep clean and reorg at the micropad.

I cannot put this book down.

This one will take longer to finish than expected cuz I feel compelled to reread her second novel before continuing on to maximize the reading experience. This book is deep.

The sequel to Over Easy has finally arrived at my local library! 😁

Today, my grasp of italiano has advanced by leaps & bounds since a little less than a year ago, when attempting a read of this book.

I’m going to retry at the one year mark.

Pretty good so far . . . Was not familiar with author, found this one at a yard sale for a quarter. Pristine hardcover.

Loving it!!!

I'll have to return to this later with a fresh checkout. The Emily Dickinson story was quite the surprise!
