Decided to put down this book for a while bc I wasn't feeling it. Hopefully, the plot will connect with me at another time

My head is spinning with the number of twists in this book! I'm at the point where I just want to finish the book to see how it ends, even though the investigator in me wants to reread the book from the start 🕵🏿‍♀️

What the FIDDLESTICKS is going on!??!? Now, I have to reread the entire first half of the book before I can continue

I love all the "artifacts" included in this book! Diary entries, text message screenshots, emails, postcards, video transcripts. It feels a bit like looking through a scrapbook.

Also, Alaine is way more feisty and confident than I was at that age. ❤️

And also...not expecting all the LAYERS that are in this plot! I can't remember how I heard about this book, but it's definitely keeping me intrigued!
