Lowkey freaking me out

I’m not even halfway and this book is already so sad. Margaret Atwood is a literary genius and a brilliant writer because how does a mind come up with something so “out there” and yet so relevant in history that her premise genuinely doesn’t seem like it’s that far off from what the future beholds for society.
