I just could not get into it. I don’t know why. But I was constantly scanning pages to keep moving along

I don’t know why, but I just can’t get into this book. Too much world building or descriptions I guess. I’m constantly jumping to the dialogue because that’s the interesting stuff. Eh

So far it’s a little hard to get into. It gives a little Adventures of Tintin vibes

Got boring toward the end, but overall not a bad story

Hate the “she’s not like other girls” trope, but I do like a fake dating trope. I wish they would just be honest about their feelings though

Time travel once again messes with my head. I don’t know how they broke the circle and found each other again. I’m glad they did but I can’t understand.

Crazy that the sword was always just a prop. Sickening to find out your whole life is a lie and you are a puppet

I kinda saw the Loraine twist coming. She was a little suspicious

I did not see the twist coming! I mean I kind of suspected it…but I didn’t want it to be Jimmy. Man. I also didn’t see Bill being part of the secret society coming. So he is a smarty! I mean, it also makes sense because he was actually connecting some smart dots.

Time travel and time loop make it kinda confusing. I also don’t know why he must continue to go back and repeat the same thing. What is Vivian’s goal? What does he need to change?

This seems like it’s going to be a very good book!
