Easy read so far, short segments that hold attention but nothing particularly captivating yet

Not a single page of this book has been entertaining

Super unlikeable character still but it’s a quick read so I’ll finish it

Main characters are VERY unlikeable

Literally what am I reading right now? It’s not giving steamy, it’s giving random & forced. and STILL no major plot event

It’s gotten rather boring….NOTHING is happening.

If they all agreed to hate this man, like they should, the book would be much shorter.

Still better than the first book. Perhaps this was the authors original image, and the first book was made solely for context?

Already a noticeable improvement in the writing quality. But the main character is seeming a little obsessed with being defenseless.

80 pages left and the author just now introduced an interesting element? Also, these antagonists are extremely uninteresting.

Omg finally something happens

A BOOK HAS NEVER MADE ME ROLL MY EYES LIKE THIS. 200+ pages in and the only significant character development event was….her throwing a book at a girl? And this “serious” friendship she has with a guard she met about a week ago is annoying. The author could’ve spent more time building the friendship, not expect us to believe it’s like they have known each other forever from the beginning.

atp it’s a story without a plot, and it’s becoming hard to read.

…getting a little frustrated with the writing style, perhaps this book was for a younger audience? But if so, how? With such mature themes?

The writing style is a little cliche and simple. Tons of world building. Still waiting for some major event to compel me to keep turning the page.

Mmmmm ok tbh does EVERY kiss have to be earth shattering? And there’s some lazy word choices thrown in there. Idk I’m still enjoying the book but the plot has a little too much repetition (surrounding their relationship) and I’m getting tired of them kissing like they’re about to die.

It’s soooo good it’s exactly what I waited for
