Feels like they're both dying but for different reasons.

Barely started n I wanna throw up lolol. Learning about the Titan submersible and different diving incidents makes me so nauseous to learn that if something goes wrong they're all just dead in a minute. To go from existing to not-existing so fast doesn't sit right with me.

I'm here pondering what to read next like I don't have a million books on my kobo. This one's been on my tbr for a bit.

I just realized the book is almost done and we're nowhere near resolving things. Guess might be a cliffhanger. I really don't like how Meghan was acting at her house. Suddenly forgot half the party was injured so she could go check if anyone remembers her. I know the plot needed the result of her realization but it made her look oblivious. Her reactions keep making her feel like she didn't develop at all.

I know a lot of the fae are violent but I kinda feel bad every time one of them randomly get killed by something. Just vibing and then suddenly crushed or stabbed.

Was gonna try to finish it in one go but it got dense towards the end. History may not repeat but it sure does rhyme.

What is happening. This child was not this stupid in the first book.

Not that far in but I don't like this one as much as the first book. That one was sad, this one is leaning more into cringe. These two better be fated mates or Kyrian better be cursed somehow like Julian cuz what is his deal.

Since this is on my kobo I didn't realize how short it was. They're name dropping a lot of authors since it's a book about books so I'll look into them later. Sakako's ex-boyfriend has too much audacity. I hope he doesn't show up again.

I don't know what a soup dumpling is, but it sounds gross.

This book tries my patience at every turn I swear. She spent all this time researching China but somehow never came across soup dumplings? And we can't Google despite our phone in our pocket?

Suddenly girly is Bella tripping over every possible thing. Its been like 50 pages and she's tripped into Ash's arms 4 times. Also, this is the third time the book has mentioned her future child so I can only assume she's getting pregnant at some point in the series. Considering she's 16, I'm not crazy at this notion. I don't hate Meghan but she's like Frodo getting carried this whole quest. At least she thinks fast.

Nothing stirs the throws of passion like almost being killed. I should've seen this coming.

Oh wow. We finally see why Juniper made the decisions she did. Its actually quite tragic. That being said I still hate her. Two things can be true. The only thing I don't like is now I also hate Athena because what she did was really gross/inconsiderate. I've never been a fan of stories where I don't like any character.
