So this started as a Romantasy redemption story and I was getting bored. But the mystery has me intrigued! I love the characters and its laugh out loud funny in parts. It’s a good time so far! The audiobook narrators are 🔥

Wasn’t sure about this book in the beginning, but now that there’s a mystery afoot, I’m definitely more interested. Liking it so far!

Yeesh this author used a lot of commas lol. But this is supposed to be a lovers to enemies story… color me intrigued.

Damn. I have no idea how to rate this. A lot of things REALLY REALLY pissed me off about this book, but I really like the MMC lol. The writing was not great though… the world building was sloppier than in book 1 and that’s saying something…

Bruh idk how I feel about this. The relationship aspect isn’t even what I’m mad about.

Mkay I am already picking up on where this book is going and I'm not sure I like it. There were a couple *very specific* info dumps that pretty much spelled out what our plot twist will be... Not sure I am a fan but I am obviously way to early to make assumptions.

Idk why but I am a little confused right off the bat. I literally finished my reread of book 1 a week ago. I guess I didn't really understand a lot of the world building in book 1 but I guess it didn't really apply so I muddled through... NOW it applies so I had to strap in. I think I am up to speed now though.

Broooo I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS! I read Vesselless SOOOO long ago, back when the author thought she had been scammed and put out a draft on kindle to get ahead of it... AND I STILL LOVED IT. Recently reread the trad published edition, was NOT disappointed! I can't wait to start this one!

Bruh this book is SO DUMB. Idk why I kept going. I feel like there's some secrets here that I'm interested in revealing, and that's the only thing that is keeping me going. The audiobook is good too, I love Anthony, he's great in everything he does.

I'm stuck at 80% cuz this is a longer book, and I need to have a couple hours to devote to powering through to the end of this one without interruptions... I'm still loving this book!

This book is SOMETHING. Maybe a little long in places, but it's still so good. Fingers crossed the ending doesn't suck... This is one of the best books I've read in a minute.

OMG OMG OMG THIS BOOK IS FUCKING NUTS! Carissa really did her big one! I'M OBSESSED. 30% in and I've already cried. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! I really hope this trend continues, because if so, this is shaping up to be the best in this series. AMAZING so far!

I got stuck on this one, the beginning is kinda boring and I am not feeling connected to the characters... I need to pick it back up though!

Yeah this isn't really sucking me in like the first one did. It's a whole lot of agonized romantic thoughts in both of their POVs but very little is progressing with the plot.

Not a lot of plot going on here… finding it hard to care what’s going on.

NOT looking forward to this... I disliked the first book in this duology but I got the ARC for the new Lion book so I have to finish this one... UGH.

Still not enough Darian for my liking. Cole is annoying.

I am still loving this, but Cole is starting to bother me. Like he's too sweet. I also don't understand why she's hasn't melted for him yet. We don't have nearly enough Darion time. Lol.

Yikes this is a BIG OL BITCH. So I know this is an uncorrected, unfinished ARC, but there is a lot of repetitiveness already. I'm not going to dwell on it because I'm sure the final version will be fire. But my sweet baby Cedric! JUST LET ME GIVE YOU A HUG YOU BIG SWEET MAN

It's been slow going on this one... BUT ITS SO GOOD! My problem is I've been listening on audio and theres a lot of politics and details... And I feel like I keep getting distracted so I need to sit down and READ it but I'm in the middle of like 3 books. THIS ONE NEEDS MY FULL ATTENTION

Damn I am loving this book so far. I love it! I love how the info dumping doesn't feel like info dumping. I am living for this lore! And the physical descriptions of these characters?! It's definitely painting a portrait!

Meh. Idk how I feel about this. The story is interesting and the pacing seems pretty steady, but idk the characters seem pretty flat. I still have more book to read so we will see. I don't hate it but it's not grabbing me like the first book.
