Ana’s writing style may not be my favorite, and sure, it gets repetitive, but the Vuk I have conjured up in my head is so painfully, disgustingly hot and mysterious, and that’s been enough to carrying me through this behemonth of a book.

Discovering Vuk is from Virginia killllled the vibes. Why can’t the Serbian man be from Serbia? 😭

Vuk Marković, don’t let me down. 500+ pages is insane but I still have faith that I won’t hate this book, despite my better judgement.
