I wish I started reading this in my early twenties. But, im glad I’m reading it before I turn 30. I find myself reflecting back on several things Dolly shares related to her past party girl phase, body issues, and her grieving the changed relationship with her friendships. I appreciate her raw portrayal of aging. That is, the angst of getting older and how love has the ability to transform us if we let it.

Im honestly kind of embarrassed with how fast im reading this book but im obsessed. Thank you to Fake Dating and Friends to Lovers.

Im a bit hesitant to keep reading because there’s an elephant in the room the authors aren’t speaking on, but it’s a different perspective I’m willing to learn more about.
