Every now and again a book comes along and completely surprises me. I genuinely feel like this is going to be 5 stars.

I’m finally into this. The first 30-ish% was okay but now I’m locked in. It started to pick up when they got the 9th compendium but then the whole Luke back story really took me out of it and I really almost DNFd. Really glad I didn’t.

Gabriel’s flash back just gutted me. I’m so sad

i’m cackling. this book is so funny. It’s tragic and heartbreaking but it’s genuinely so funny too. setting a trap for a dragon and actually catching him took me out.
