what a weird dude

this story is so incredibly dumb...i love it

don't mention it okay?

lol i saw this coming from a mile away but tbf what's a cheesy mafia romance without an attempted kidnapping?

i'm a sucker for a mafia romance with a controversial age gap what can i say

this story is so ridiculous. loves it

oh my days i'm pretty sure i promised myelf i would not read any more unrealistic kinda cheesy and very cringey mafia romances ever again yet here i am...giggling and kicking my feet lol

ooooooooh oh

i am, unfortunately, seriously considering DNFing this book

i loooove this sm

what is happening?!?!?! did not expect this AT ALL

this is indeed a soap opera, lol. not what i was expecting but it's so ridiculous i actually can't stop

so much going on kinda feels como una novela ahahah amo amo

i am eating this uppp i dont remeber the last time i was so giddy reading a book hehe

i'm loooving this plot and evelyn is actually such a fun and witty fmc

this book is incredibly descriptive. also, i'm going in blind so i have no clue what this is about but i'm already hooked lol

first of all a quick thank you to the author aroona abbas for sharing an ARC of this book with me!

breaking news!! i actually don't despise this story anymore lol. i'm starting to enjoy it and barrett isn't as annoying as she was the first 100 pages of the book

i actually can't take this anymore

i'm kinda sad i'm almost done with this book

one would assume a random book you picked up at a thrift store called the five people you meet in heaven would be a light-hearted read, no? WRONG! this book is genuinely making me change my perspective on life. why am i crying at 11 pm???? let me go to bed, please

"young men go to war (...) this comes from the sad, layered stories of life, which over the centuries have seen courage confused with picking up arms, and cowardice confused with laying them down."

the second person eddie met in heaven showed us that fear and anger can find you, even in heaven.

ohh and also, somehow, you can still get cigarettes up there as well, lol.
