I am enjoying it but I am confused bc I thought I read this summary was about her being ghosted…..I thought that’s why it was called ghosts. Beginning to think I might be wrong?

listening to the audiobook

long story short - it’s boring.

longer story, it’s a good book for falling in and out of sleep. descriptive enough to lull me into sleep and slow enough where I can put things together when I wake up again

so many other things I would rather read but I am genuinely determined to finish this god forsaken book

the only thing that’s annoying me within the writing is the way Isla was unable to leave the kids and then second later she’s going on 24 hours without seeing them. It seems a bit unrealistic for the character I think she would give Serge more shit and stay with the kids
