Loved the premise of the book, but feel like it didn’t quite deliver what I was hoping for.
For a book based around some very dark and violent themes, it somehow felt like a very light/easy and forgettable read… I still enjoyed it for the most part though.
I also often check out as soon as Covid or lockdowns are mentioned in books… that’s a minus one star for me
