Story’s hit another key plot twist but I don’t really know where it’s ok…

She moves quickly Ms Next - I suppose Fforde uses it as a symbol for time, moving both quickly and slowly… and yet feeling like no time has passed at all.

Had to stop reading and put it down for a second because of life/getting back into the swing of reading… it’s quite captivating so far. The French phrases thrown in are giving my brain an extra flick of dopamine

Just going through her relationship with Federline, having the kids within 2yrs and as she states in the book, her “bad person” period, aka when her mental health begins to seriously decline. I really feel for her in these early stages where she’s showing clear signs of struggling alone, yet the paps and media keep portraying her as this so called bad person. All she needed was some love and support. F**ck!

I’m not even half way through and I feel like a lot of her story has been rushed. The writing style is a bit odd, but I understand it’s to match her voice. More to come!
