Considering not finishing. I have been really disappointed with this one, after surefire wins with the first 3 books.

I didn't like the back and forth on the pregnancy...and Wheeler was agonizing. I love Duke and... Everyone else!
Terrible..I was skimming the indecision after the second monologue and/or going over her boring family trauma aloud with whomever. No. Boring.

Savouring this Cinderella story with JC and Erin narrating. I'm totally eating this up. Too cute! 😁

This is the first book that I'm trying by this author. Loving the narration - I forgot that I love Andi Arndt and of course JC.🔥

4.5 stars so far, but only because Connor Crais narrates... Unfortunately much of the MMC dialogue is read by the female narrator, which is such a shame. The story is long winded and it's taking a while to wrap up. With an hour left on the audio I'm ready for this story to conclude!

Why are these stories so angsty, yet satisfying?! So glad I picked up book 2!!

The audio narration is questionable - at 1.2x speed, the male narrator is slightly more tolerable, however his delivery and cadence is poor! At this speed, the female narration is a bit too fast. Bad production? I don't know. I saw a review on Audible that said the male part should be redone!

At 50% I'm contemplating not finishing. Very disappointing. There hasn't been ANY relationship development. It's not good.

Unlikely to finish ... a very frustrating read overall. Happy Place was great, but this one has been agonizing (mixed with sweetness) since I picked it up. Might be time to move on.
