I've been reading consistantly the entire year, I just keep starting books and haven't rlly finished a whole one since MARCH XP !!

It's driving me nuts, but there's been so much change that what I need to learn/what is interesting me is in constantly evolving.

I finally was like - I should probably finish some of the dozen books I started this year. XD

I'm both learning a lot- and also we (the consumers) are already aware of this at this point. I'm hoping the later half of the book will discuss what power the consumers have to fight back!

I really like this book. It's really validating to my intuition honestly, plus it gives me hope.

*sigh* the monopolies are going unchecked and it's Regan's fault.

I feel very vindicated, ngl. I needed some proof that believing the best in ppl was not naïve.

To everyone watching me read 7 books at once: The attention span is a fickle thing...and so is the library, who needs things BACK when I borrow them, and I act surprised every time.

Eating this UP.

Not what I expected, but still interesting.

InCREDIBLEly helpful so far, specifically for nuerodivergent brains and those with cleaning OCD. I literally have pages and pages of notes.

I'm listening to the audiobook!

I am learning bits an pieces about the welfare system, but idk that's it's a book I'd recommend to other people. The target audience seems to be people who don't believe that this level of poverty exists in America. But I was mostly looking for like specific details on the history of welfare, what worked, what failed, and what we can do going forward. This is not that.

Got to the parts about Chicago and Austin.

Read up to Chapter 2 with Grayson!
