I am left hungry due to the lovely descriptions of the meals. And intrigued by the duel mystery. Slow burn romance.

I have read parts 1-3 while listening to the dramatized audiobook. I prefer reading this way so that I can look up information about roman gods, history, and allusions i would otherwise miss. This type of dystopia is not my normal reading preference but i can see why my male students enjoyed the book.

DNF - writing was not appealing, the history is intriguing but the writing was poorly done.
