this is taking me SO long, i am just not really invested at all. even though i had such high expectations. so that's quite sad sigh

im a little confused as to what is going on but is okay cuz im a little stupid so

started the month of so strong and now i'm just slow and distracted at all times. not a long book or a hard read at all, but it's still taking me way too long to make decent progress 🫩
the goal is the finish it before the end of the month, but i'm not sure it's a very realistic goal though

the writing is as stunning as in don't let the forest in, but even 150 pages in i'm so confused and know so little about anything i just cannot really care about what's going on? as attached i felt to the characters in dltfi (especially andrew) so disconnected i feel now. it's not bad, im enjoying it... but i did expect to feel more. way more. and way deeper.
