reading this w my sister so i won't give up but holy shit i'm BORED. so incredibly bored. lowkey nothing happens ever... i mean smth just happened but only after 130 pages and lowkey i don't even care even tho i should cuz it was a BIG thing. and suddenly there's a lot of sexual tension and im so confused cuz where did that come from after all the lukewarm ahh interactions

im reading the entire web novel of 330 or so chapters, this is gonna be fun 😛
i also finished earthlings yesterday but im still gathering my thoughts so i have not yet wrote a review. will come soon tho, no worries

i don't know what i was expecting but definitely not this, oh my fucking god. that's not what i was ready for today. literally gagged reading this last chapter. couldn't stop feeling sick

the way i can't stop smiling giggling kicking my feet... i actually am enjoying this SO much. expected this to be a silly quick-ish read, not too special... but it's actually so much deeper than i expected (in a very good way) and if it keeps going like this we might be in 5 star territory actually

the writing is as stunning as in don't let the forest in, but even 150 pages in i'm so confused and know so little about anything i just cannot really care about what's going on? as attached i felt to the characters in dltfi (especially andrew) so disconnected i feel now. it's not bad, im enjoying it... but i did expect to feel more. way more. and way deeper.

incredibly confused, no idea what's going on or what could possibly happen in the rest of this book, but i'm soooo here for it. vibes immaculate and i'm so curious. will this be another 5 like don't let the forest in??? stay tuned to find out!

so far i've read 3/4 short stories and oh my... how i've missed Damen and Laurent. i fear i'll never get over them actually. it's been a while since i've read the captive prince trilogy and even though i'd forgotten how much i adore them, it immediately came rushing back to me as i picked this up. kept the (hopefully) best story for last though and i'm SO excited, but i'll read that tomorrow... on purpose 🥰

more notes: its written in a diary style, the book incl lines like "you who is reading this"... hopefully at least it ends up being for someone? but so far its giving diary with no substance. maybe more like a guide? but also not cuz there's nothing to follow either. idk. another annoying thing is I don't get where their supplies come from. the "halls" all got nothing but they do have shit like matches and batteries

why the helly do so many words start with a capital letter???? at first I thought it was giving German, where every noun is written with a capital letter, but no no no. not every noun, just some.
and the way dates are written in a whole ass sentence... crazy too
