Bit too flowery for me at times considering it's a book on philosophy, but some nice insights so far.

I can't tell yet if I love or self-torturously-procure-like-a-good-workout DFW's writing style, and this is two pieces of Consider the Lobster and about 9% through his Infinite Jest (which is kinda a lot btw).
