It took me so long to click with this book because I wasn’t understanding the whimsy required

enjoying this more than I thought I would given the constant switching of perspectives which seems to be the new contemporary fiction trademark. it’s difficult because you don’t ever care about the characters equally and some of the storylines don’t feel as fleshed out as the others.
