I figured out another reason why this book is difficult to be inspired to keep reading; there are way too many breaks within each chapter. I understand it's a tactic used sometimes to indicate a change of character perspective, but it is completely overused in this book, to the point where I, the reader, cannot get into a rhythm reading. Just this one past chapter, of 16 pages, had 10 breaks within it.

Very descriptive writing. I can see why this book was so heralded when it came out with its introduction of the cyberpunk genre.

The twist has been revealed. The book is definitely gaining momentum page by page.

I think I now realize why this book is the most favorited of the Secret Projects. Something was just revealed, and things are about to get very interesting...
