the scenes where they're making out and such are boring and their banter is slightly above average but the storyline is enough to keep me reading

i dont think this book is for me. not only is the first 20% of the book bore-me-to-tears boring and seems entirely unnecessary, there're lines like this "I feel layers of innocence being ripped away as each button slips through the hole in the fabric of my shirt." ugh gag me

this book is soooo dramatic oh my god. and sooo not believable. but whatever. its a good distraction when you're bored

i'm on chapter 3, so far this book is decent. nothing too extraordinary so far. all i came onto goodreads to say is that it is an absolute pet peeve of mine when the author describes what the heroine is wearing because i have my own idea of what her style would be and it doesn't always match up with the author's vision.

DNF. It was like Fisher Amelie whetted my palette, she set me up, got my hopes all high, and left me there. So far, nothing is satisfying me. I'm sitting here reading.. and reading.. and reading.. and reading and yet, nothing!! So frustrating. I can't find it in myself to continue.
