I'm just 150 Pages into WHEEL OF TIME #2: The Great Hunt, and it's a total level up in story and writing.
Absolutely felt #1 THE EYE OF THE WORLD hit those fantasy tropes, and it was frustrating to finish...but The Great Hunt is bringing it all home. So far it's beautifully focused, violently beautiful...and really pushing me towards those other ones!!!!
