I would recommend this book as the self help book for anyone who needs to change multiple aspects of your life. I don’t find the book particularly life changing but it covers multiple facets of life under the thesis that discomfort should be pursued and it wraps up its findings in a fascinating tale in the Alaskan brush. Dieting, exercise, spirituality. All is covered in this rugged package
