Okay now that I have gotten through that info heavy intro, I feel like I can finally start to get more into the plot! I appreciate that there is a magical glossary and a ship anatomy image, but having a glossary/key for the crew lingo may have also been helpful! It's easy to get lost when the characters throw around terms that I assume most readers won't inherently know

OMG I missed this world so much! The Nanny's Handbook was one of my favorite 5-star reads from last year, and I am completely loving this couple's dynamic so far! It feels like I'm reading about magical Bridgerton and I love getting to read about how each of them feel about what's going on and that neither of them are completely oblivious to the situation at hand

I'm really enjoying this so far! I wish the two communicated a little bit more than they have so far, but I'm enjoying their banter when we get it. Rnow Reese is avoiding Emmet thinking that she's doing them both a PR favor, which is gently leaning into the miscommunication trope- I hope they figure their shit out soon

This one started off so strong but I am honestly starting to struggle to keep reading.

I feel like I was enjoying this book more before they got together 😭 I miss their banter, this weird constant sexy talk is just cringing me out

Man this was so good but the insane miscommunication and how easy Cora has been manipulated makes me wonder if she was actually a great queen or just thought she was. I am starting to lose interest :(((

This book has been pure perfection so far and I am so scared that when I'm done reading it nothing will compare for the rest of the year. I am so glad this is is signed to be a trilogy because I WILL need more. Heba, girl, HOW is this your debut??? I'm obsessed.

So much has happened and I'm not really sure how I feel about any of it or if I like or dislike this book. The main character is very pretenious and gives off once rich kid now poor kid but can't handle it energy but I still feel bad for her with everything the bunnies have put her through and now that her bunny creation is with her best friend? I have no idea where this book is going

This is reminding me so much of The Nanny by Lana Ferguson: grumpy chef, cute daughter who lost mom, quirky nanny who is really just a woman needing money for rent.... I'm here for it but those similarities are verrryy similar lmao

I am really loving both Julia and Tae!!! Tae is such a sweetie pie who deserves good things and I really hope Julia WAKES UP soon and realizes she doesn't have to keep going on dates with losers when hot guy Tae is right there cheering her on and wishing her the best!!!!
