The intro had me hooked already because I love studying nutrition, diets, exercise, lifestyle, etc. I should have started this earlier but 1st trimester nutrition isn’t as important as 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Plus, I already switched to a low-carb, keto diet and seen results within 2 weeks. This book is written from a scientific/factual approach on nutrient-rich Whole Foods versus “healthy” low calorie foods.
