I'm getting bored, nooooo!!!! Why is the pace suddenly so slow

I'm really enjoying this but im a moodreader and im currently REALLLLLY in the mood for a murder mystery so if i dont finish this in the next 48 hours I will probably accidentally abandon this and read another book🫪💀

I basically finished this masteerrpiece. But i wont put it on finished yet because its 12:30 am and then I'd have to update my reading journal and write my review and im not 100% on this earth right now aka im tired affff.💀 so i will do all that in the morning and I will complain about not continuing it sooner and being excited to read the 2nd book byeeee

Im actually dissapointed. I loved that in the first arc we had only the pov of firestar buy now we randomly get different povs like even when the chapter starts with one character we randomly get a pov switch mid sentence without announcements. Im actually sad because i was very excited about arc 2 after reading the first arc. Never experiment with writing styles mid series. Cause apparently im not alone on this one

Yoo, im only on page 215 and I've already written 3 full pages of updates, suspicions. The way the victims have been murdered. Possible next victims underlining my notes on the notes app. Im spending more time writing than reading and im loving it lol

Okay i did not finish a book today and will certainly not be finishing this tonight because right now its still calm which means a storm is coming soon and i cant handle that right before bed😭💀👍

It took me like 5 hours to read 150 pages because everyone and thing is distracting me. Im loving this book tho. I even spend one hour writing notes and details about the cold case and everyhing thats happening!!

Okay okay im back!! I wont let anything distract me again! I will be finishing a book today! I dont care if its this one or a warrior cats book but i will finish it!!

I so wanted to eat this book up in 1 sitting but apparently i had plans today and tomorrow. And this is really a morning and afternoon only book. I wont be reading this at night lmaooo thats what the warrior cats are for💀😂

Ya'll, im not sure if i should start this book because im having really REALLY exciting books on a reservation at my library that im gonna pick up tomorrow morning. So I'd either have to stay up all night and read it in one sitting. Or I'd just have to start a few chapters and hope i wont forget the plot while being invested in other books😭

Ugh i had to stop my readathon time since im still a 4 year old at heart who gets paranoid from scary stories at night😭 im contemplating between just continuing all night and be extremely anxious about every noise or shadow or just pause and stress about it all night because i still dont know the culprit. Aahhggg help meeee
