The original cover of this book - which appears on my kindle is not cute and so I choose to imagine the mmc looking like Thranduil from The Hobbit movie. I’m in a reading slumpppppp. Though books is starting off pretty decent, predictable, but not bad.

Ok from the get go I do not like the MCs name - BLANE- really?!? Of all the names that could’ve been used for a dragon/mmc - “Blane ?!? His name is Blane? That’s a major appliance, that’s not a name !” :)

Ok, straight up rude for the mmc to call the fmc a “whore” once he finds out her secret. Like dude, she was a mistress- there’s a difference a-hole.
