Why doesn't Margot have an age?! So many opportunities to slip it in and it is never mentioned.

Internal conflict stories drive me batty. The characters are great, the writing is well done; I'm just so bored of Molly not getting out of her own head!

This book is such a trainwreck!! I could probably write a dissertation on it. Might do. . .

Finally the "body-father" is explained; but it took so long to be explained that why there was so much tension between Kadou and Siranos in the first few chapters didn't make as much sense.

Really confused about the description of "body-father". Understandably he has no real position at court, but why "body-father"? I mean, he is the father of the princess, so why the distinction?

I really liked the first chapter; but the second was kind of meh. Not sure if the book or me.

Cole is a wonderful man! Kind, intelligent, compassionate; it was so refreshing to see an honest friendship between childhood friends!

Valinda is irritating me! She keeps wanting to do all this good in New Orleans; but will go back to New York if Cole wants, but she has feelings for Drake. Girl, make up your damn mind!!

The writing is exceptional. I'm having reservations because Valinda is engaged to another; and he is a man of her choosing.

I promise this book well lives up to its title! 6 siblings: 3 sets of twins, all born within a year of each other, have to get married and have a legitimate heir to become laird. Finn is in love with Fiona who is also a twin.

I rather like the teasing between the good Captain and Jilly; it's not all sexual tension and pinging. Seeing each other as people.

This is definitely a RomCom in novel form. Very much what I needed during this pandemic.

This is a brilliant introduction! I love the feisty argument; the mindset, the words. And I have never so much wished to attend a party as one with Lumley present!
