Toru is a little too pesimistic, but every scene feels so familiar: like I can really understand everything they see and feel despite my aphantasia.
I've been debating wether to write in books at all anymore, i don't want to taint the opinion of whoever i lend it to after I read it. But physicalities are nice.
I love sitting in my bed next to my radio and reading a bit when I can in the morning.

Wells and maps are an aparent theme for murakami

First chapter: I had read this once in year 12. Only this chapter. It made me cry the same way it did then, today. The relationship reminds me much of my own memories and murakamis writing hits me as usual.
