I started the second one 😅😬

WHY ARE WE GETTING A PLAY BY PLAY OF FEYRE’S BREASTS EVERY OTHER CHAPTER 😭 I KNOW HOW BREASTFEEDING WORKS. I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH MOTHERHOOD IN BOOKS BUT I DO NOT NEED A LACTATION DOCUMENTARY WHISPERED DIRECTLY INTO MY EAR WHILE I’M TRYING TO ENJOY MY FANTASY ROMANCE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE MAKE IT STOP 💀

Hate the way she writes/speaks about child caring. Like two pages of description for her leaky nipples in a nice dress. Then during an important meeting she’s breast feeding and it (for zero fucking reason) starts going on about (and this is paraphrasing) “I stuck my finger into the babies mouth to move him from one nipple to the other” hate listening to the narrator gently speak these words to me in my ears.

Actually loving this book (I think especially because of the narrator. Also Goodreads has dark mode now???

I’m not feeling any particular kind of attachment to these characters. I don’t feel very attached to any of them. I don’t dislike any of them, but I also don’t think there is a reason to like or dislike them. I’m fairly neutral about everyone in the story so far.

Had to read something different on page two and it already reads like a high schoolers fanfic. “No chances of anyone ruining my peace. I’d rather fill my lungs with smoke.”

Not a great book but it could be worse.

I did not think I would be pulled into this story so quickly. Sometimes it is easy to pretend these things did not happen as recently as they did. It’s all very reminiscent of our current political climate in the US.

I have like 12 minutes left in this book and it’s a SLOG to get through. Bad book. Hate it

Considering the last book I read by this author didn’t even have a detailed kiss in the entire book, I surely didn’t expect this one to go full smut scene 😳 werewolf porn incoming 😱

This is getting worse. It reads like a wattpad fanfiction. It’s started so well now it’s all downhill

This reads like a soap opera

Thoroughly enjoyed the first half of this book I think this is a very cool writing style and I think the main character is really neat and the way I read the book is the way I imagine he thinks.
