i'm liking this piece; Wiesel is very good at symbolism, and I'm loving the metaphors of fire and the night. I felt the beginning was rather slow though. My only complaint so far.

okay... tried reading sibylline and OMG I should've considered the goodreads reviews on how badly written it was. it's been one starred so many times to the point goodreads won't let me add my star rating or write my review. When I can, I will though!!

ya'll tell me why one chapter is 80 pages. ToT hanya whyyyyyyyy

generally enjoying this! The first chapter was very slow and hefty, but it's picking up from here. That's really my only complaint so far about this book, besides some of the flatness in Deaver's characters. Nevertheless, enjoyable.

Finally onto part two. I wish this book wouldn't solely divert into Jude's story, when Willem's storyline hit so, so deep.

loving the overall vibe so far, reading this at night to balance out the length of my other book.

it's not... THAT bad, it's just dialogue + pacing isn't that great in many spots & chapters.

WHY IS THE NARRATOR PrACTICALLY MORE OF A MAAIN CHARACTER ThAN THE ACTUAL FMC.

hly mind-numbing dialogue. idec that it's like crhistmas, it's just people don't talk like this, even in normal media. it's so stupid i hate it
