The pacing is good but the chapters are longg ugh and I’m not really obsessed with

I’m having a really hard time believing Lee is genuine. Is it because I know he’ll probably turn out to be bad? I just don’t like them together at all and they’re scenes are bothering me

I don’t think I should read this now, I’m not in the mood and I doubt I’ll enjoy it that way

I already saw multiple spoilers that I’m mad about! Lee=Killian and he’ll turn evil or smth. meryn will turn out to be royalty? It makes me doubt so many things like he was at their house to check her mom couldn’t remember anything? But if it happened to her entire family this “madness” what does that mean? I’m so lazy I want answers and I’m too tired and busy to read

That seems like such a harsh punishment for a deserter. How are we supposed to like the MMC now? And I feel like this is Lee’s doing. Like what a coincidence! And did the MMC recognize her as someone ?

I have conflicting feeling over Callum ugh! He would piss me off so bad then he would say something insanely sweet and I’m back to square one! I am rooting so bad for Blake but I need him to stand up! And honestly Aurora wanting to break the bond hurts my heart a little. I get why she wants to do it but it feels WRONG I need her to soften up to Blake atleast a little bit

A little slow, and honestly I’m bored with Callum and Aurora I don’t find them interesting at all! I want to know all Blake’s secrets and I hate being so impatient

What an ending! I still can decide whether Blake is doing this because he cares about her, or because he wants to be king but everything worked out too well for him! It was a pretty decent book, took me a bit too long to read but love it just the same, I’m missing that “obsessed yearning” feeling honestly I feel like the characters needed more moments.
